Translation Rates

Rates can vary by language, service, and difficulty of the text. Please call or e-mail for an exact quote.
Generally, there is a per word charge for translations that can vary starting at $0.15 per word. However, for larger jobs we will also consider an hourly rate if you desire. There is a $25 minimum charge for translations. Actual shipping charges plus a $10 handling fee apply if the document must be notarized and returned to you via post.

Interpretation Rates

The cost for interpretation is generally $40 per hour with a $60 minimum. Travel charges apply for cities outside the interpreter's home location.

Sound/Video Recording

One of our most popular services is the recording of sound files in your target language. We can also dub those sound files into a video or add subtitles to your video. The rate for video and sound work is approximately $40 hour.

Conference Call Rates

Conference call interpretation is also available. Like translation, we can provide conference call interpretation services globally. The cost is $1.00 per minute plus the cost of the international phone call. Our long distance service costs only $0.10 per minute to Russia, so the cost including the call to Russia would be $1.10 per minute. There is a $10 minimum charge, and the unused portion be applied to the next phone call you make with us. (Conference calls must be scheduled in advance.)
